The main phase of Vertex's construction has been successfully completed. The building's structural work is fully finished, and interior finishing, engineering systems, and common area works are now actively underway.

Every detail of the project is being executed to modern construction standards, using high-quality materials to offer future guests and investors a premium-level environment. Hotel Vertex will welcome its first guests and begin full operations in December 2027.
